PainControl is powered and distributed by TalarMade Ltd.
Opening Times are Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5.00pm and Friday 8:45am to 4.30pm.
Once your order has been submitted, it will be passed to our warehouse for processing. Orders received before 3.00pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3.00pm are dispatched the following working day.
We will deliver your PainControl order to wherever is most convenient for you.
All orders are shipped via UPS Standard courier service where the goods are delivered within 1 business day.
A delivery charge of £5.79 + VAT will be applied to all UK Mainland orders.
Prices exclude VAT and delivery charges. TalarMade have the right to change prices.
All major credit and debit cards are accepted for payment, excluding American Express.
You have the right to cancel your order up to the point of order dispatch. Thereafter order cancellation will be treated as an order return. In order to action your cancellation please call our Customer Services Team on 01246 268456 during our office hours.
If for any reason you would like to return an item to TalarMade, you must quote your original delivery note number.
Unless an item is faulty, all returned items must:
- Be unmarked and have not been worn.
- Have not been adapted.
- Be returned in the original packaging in a clean, re-saleable condition.
If you would like to return your order please call the TalarMade Customer Services Team on 01246 268456 prior to dispatching the items back to PainControl.
TalarMade cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. We therefore recommend a certificate of posting is gained from the Post Office or Courier.
If after purchase a fault appears within the first 6 months, please contact the TalarMade team immediately. Items with faults due to defective manufacture and not caused by accidental damage, misuse or fair wear and tear must be returned to TalarMade and will be replaced.
It is the customer’s duty wherever possible to inspect items upon delivery. In the event of items being received in a damaged condition, claims must be made to PainControl within 3 days of delivery of the goods in writing or by telephone.
Correctly Supplied Items
Unwanted items that were correctly supplied by TalarMade will be exchanged or refunded provided that they are returned to us within 28 days of delivery.
Incorrectly Supplied Items
TalarMade will replace or refund items, which have been incorrectly supplied, provided that we are notified in writing or by telephone within 3 days of delivery.
It is the customer’s duty wherever possible to inspect items upon delivery. In the event of items being short delivered, claims must be made to TalarMade within 3 days of delivery of the goods in writing or by telephone. Alternatively upon receipt of invoice only, claims for non-delivery or shortage must be made in writing or by telephone within 7 days of the invoice date.
